I’m a business mentor for female founders — and the creator of The Empress Codes.
My work is about feminine leadership in practice: helping women grow impactful businesses in a way that honors their vision, their capacity, and their life.
For more than a decade, I’ve supported women in building sustainable, profitable businesses while holding space for leadership, motherhood, creativity, and real life. I’ve built and led multiple successful businesses myself — not by hustling harder, but by creating clarity, structure, and a way of working that actually lasts.
I don’t believe in burnout culture disguised as ambition.
And I don’t believe impact should come at the cost of your health, your family, or your freedom.
